The Component Availability Tools will allow you to answer questions of how much of any assembly can be made, and what component need to be expedited. Scores of users are finding their planning tasks cut from hours to minutes by using this tool. Some of the features are:
- Perform sing or multi-level component availability on a scheduled, kitted, or in progress work order, or an assembly part number and quantity.
- Provides answers to what-if scenarios on how much of an assembly can be made
- Open work orders or purchase orders are listed for short components
- The user has the option of considering inventory in any combination of stores, wip, or selected location numbers.
- The quantity on hand, non-nettable quantity, and quantity in receiving/inspection is listed for each component.
