Purchase Order Maintenance System is a series of conversational purchase order transactions. The new commands allow your users to quickly add and easily change Purchase Orders, or perform blanket releases. In addition to the speed and ease of use, it contains features that are not available with traditional Manman Purchase Order maintenance:

- Customizable – comin variables remove prompts and set defaults to streamline the process.
- Fast Purchase Order Entry - The Purchase Order Maintenance System allows the user to key in a part number, quantity, date, or price to instantly create a purchase orders. Defaults and last activity is displayed during the entry process. Supports input from a flat file.
- Create Purchase Orders from Omar Sales Orders – If your company has resale items that you purchase and resell to your customer, these purchase orders can be created automatically. If you have a subsidiary company that you obtain parts from, a regular or Interplant purchase order is created. A cross reference table allows you to flag products or customers in Omar.
