Provides the user the option of closing scores of work orders all at once, by specifying variance ranges and other selection criteria. Variance summaries are generated to eliminate the task of trying to decipher verbose variance reports.
Powerful Selection Options - choose which work orers to report and/or update based on:
- If a variance exceeds a dollar amount or % the user specifies
- Work order dollar amount
- Any of the four class code groups, account, assembly, or project
- If the work order went through a selected work center or used a selected component.
Update Options:
Performs the equivalent of a work order close UT,301 UT,302 or UT,303
Sorting and Totaling:
- Sort by variance amounts to list top variance offenders first.
- Sort and total by any of the four class code groups, project, account, work order, or assembly.
- List the details, subtotals, or grand totals only.
