The Inventory Usage System is a set of screens and reports that will calculate and display a parts usage for each month for the last 36 months. Usage may be broken down further into categories, and the user may drill down into the details of the transactions. Some of the features included are:
- Instant Inquiry into Transaction Log Details - List commands to inquire by part number or document number (work order, purchase order, sales order, material requisition). Individual transactions are immediately displayed in descending date and time sequence. This allows you to view the most recent transactions first, and lists a running on hand balance of the part over time.
- View a Parts Monthly Usage
- Summarize Usage into User Definable Categories - Each Manman command is assigned a default category for production, issues, receipts, returns, scrap, shipments, or inventory adjustments. You have the option of defining your own set of categories that are meaningful to your environment.
- Ending Inventory Balances - view the inventory balance for a part at the end of each month.
- Store Years of Transaction Log History with Minimal Resources
- Interfaces with your Report Writer
