The Omar Enhancement Collection is a set of 13 screens and utilities designed to improve customer service efficiency. The package includes the following features:
- Ship to customer user defined fields
- Ship to Customer Memo Pad provides a facility to store special notes about your customers special pricing, promotions, shipping considerations, or whatever is applicable to your environment.
- Sales Order Audit Trail Utility will capture changes made to your sales orders. Unlike CHAFIL, the before and after values of ship dates, and other fields are captured.
- Sales Order Status - list commands are available which will list absolutely all elements of a sales order. Included is the detailed shipment history of the order, and the accounts receivable status of all of the invoices, credit memos and debit memos applied to this order.
- Sales Order Availbility allows the user to look at the quantity on hand, available, Omar quantity allocated, and any open work orders and purchase orders for each line item of a sales order.
