The Routing Analysis system contains a series of screens to calculate shop floor requirements, compare routing records, and document shop floor procedures.
Indented Routing screens feature:
- Enter a work order, or an assembly and quantity, and obtain a list of the shop floor steps and total hours required.
- View the detail requirements of each component going through each work center, or a work center summary
- Allows entry of multiple final assemblies to support an analysis of your complete shop schedule
- Short components only option lists shop floor requirements based on only the short subassemblies.
- An option is available to use work orders in progress
Perform Routing Comparisons between primary codes, different parts, or across data bases.
Shop Floor Notes - maintain unlimited lines of instructions associated with each step of work order. Internal and external shop notes are supported. Text is printed on an MG work order.
